NOTE: I think there is a franchise or TV show or something called Street Fighter, but this is definitely not it... if there is one!! 
THE STORY: So, lets say you were in London at the time of the Notting Hill Carnival. You have been recruited by your country, or state's, special service. Your job is to patrol the streets and arrest any criminals you come across. The only thing is those criminals do not give up without a fight.
YOUR EQUIPMENT: You are given a Taser to start off with. You may add to this equipment and you may remove this equipment.

The Italian shoots
"RIP HARRY LEWIS!!" a girl of about 14 screams.
The bullet hits and Sink man falls down.

probably from before Domo shut down. i recently resized most of the emojis so easier to view on mobile and added a few new ones as well as a web icon a little Domo for the site.
